South Texas Students Participate in Debate Conference

The Texas Star Great Debate, of the National Hispanic Institute (NHI) in Maxwell, Texas, will include students from Houston, Corpus Christi, McAllen, Mission, Brownsville, and Eagle Pass, Texas.
